Safer bikes for the world

The problem with bmx and other non-derailing bikes is that the rear wheel doesn't offer the safety feature found on the front wheel of a locking type clip that keeps it safe. This is because the rear wheel must be free to move to some degree to adjust for the chain. I suggest a chain tensioner similar to a muti-geared bike. This would make safety features available to maintain safety for the rider.
